Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery policy: Most of the products are readily available and may require 7- 10 days other than the ones in stock. This is because we manufacture with the help of local artisans. We have a great network of shipping partners like DHL & FEDEX for international couriers. Once the product is shipped we notify our client on email by sharing the tracking/AWB bill of the consignment.

Please note: Our products usually reach our customers within 2-4 working days in India and internationally 7-10 days depending on customs clearance. Sometimes it can take longer due to unavoidable circumstances. You can always track the packages by using the tracking IDs or links that we provide to your registered email address.

Note: In some cases, delivery may take 7–10 days due to weather conditions like heavy rain or unforeseen emergencies.

Please note: Orders once placed can only be cancelled if they are not dispatched.

All the carvings are done by hand so minor carving differences can be there. That’s the beauty of handmade crafts.

The exchange request should be lodged within 7 days after delivery in case the product is damaged. The exchange will take place only if there is an uncut/non-edited package opening video.

1. Incomplete or wrong address and phone number will result in the shipment being returned to us. Customers will have to bear the cost of both the return to origin and reshipping charges.
2. International Shipping is absolutely free.
3. For international shipping to USA customers, there is no customs or import duty in their country as it would be DDP order.
   
4. International shipping to Canada, UK, Europe and other countries - customers are not responsible for VAT/GST, customs duty or any other tariffs as per the law.
