Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you’re completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery to us for a Full Refund or Store Credit. Please review the return policy below for detailed instructions and conditions.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
To initiate an exchange:
Carefully repack the item in its original packaging in a new and unused condition.
Include your proof of purchase and order number inside the package.
Ship the exchange to the following address:

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable courier service and emailing or SMS-ing the tracking details to our support team.
- An order can be only be cancelled if it is not shipped, once an order is shipped and the tracking number is generated it cannot be cancelled. If the customer still wants to cancel the order or refuses to accept the order, they will have to bear transit charges or any other charges related to the product.
- Once the order is shipped and reaches the destination port, if any customer refuses to pay the applicable custom charges/taxes, they will not be eligible for a full refund. The refund amount will be processed after deducting the applicable shipping charges or any related fees to the product.
EXCHANGE
Once we receive and inspect your exchange:

If the customer received a damaged product, then Luxeartisanship will bear the full cost of the shipping process.

However, if the exchange is requested for reasons such as a change of preference, size, or design, then the customer has to bear the full cost of the shipping process.
- Once we get your confirmation, the exchange process will start within 5 business days.
- You will be receiving every process update at the registered email.
The following items cannot be returned:

- Custom Made Statues
Note: Colored items may vary slightly from images due to hand-finishing. Minor differences are natural in handcrafted products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you have received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
